A multi-faceted artist—working in a wide range of media.

"I draw from the well of life experience to boldly interpret my vision. My aim is to create works that express my inner reality and thus contribute to the opening of new perceptions and meanings that help to enrich our daily lives."

I come from a diverse background. Being involved in numerous endeavors ranging from advertising sales to jewelry design and retail boutiques, real estate sales, and restaurateur.

Born and raised in Rochester, N.Y., attending Rochester Institute of Technology's School of Art and Design. Attended The Eastman School of Music, majoring in French horn. Taught arts and crafts to youngsters and participated in many community art projects.

"I have always been inspired by travel." Experiencing other cultures and customs have added to my personal insight. A dream became a reality when I visited Israel on a "Artist in Residence Workshop" — it was there that I decided to "create now." It was there that I realized for the first time — and gave myself permission to own the fact that I am an artist. Now… I must produce… I must speak.

My first exhibit was in Sedona, "The Honest Profile." It combines collage, painting and mosaics. Continuing growth and evolution are reflected in my personal statements rendered on canvas. A "natural eye" focuses sharply on the drama of life and catches the aspects of experiences that are not always evident.

I've had art openings and showings at Papa's Uptown Restaurant, 'Tis Art Center & Gallery, The Raven Café, That New Gallery, Prescott Center for the Arts, The Prescott Art Market, El Gato Azule, and now showing at the Art Squared Gallery in Prescott, AZ.

My intent is to uncover the emotion that is at the core of every experience and feel it more fully through line, form, shape, color and texture. Through my work I hope to enhance my growth and our growth and awareness.
