Terry Kettenhofen, fine art broker and artist representative, can best be described as a modern Renaissance man – the dream of many talents and many areas of knowledge. He is an outstanding musician, well-versed in dozens of instruments, equally at home performing and teaching his students. That knowledge and passion extends as well to his love for woodshop and other new endeavors.
He has been an avid collector and gallery owner for more than 20 years, having managed many successful exhibitions for nationally prominent collectors and philanthropic foundations. The artists he now chooses to represent reflect his enthusiasm for their talent in both visual arts and music.
Terry was born and raised in San Diego, California, and is a true lover of music with deep classical roots. He majored in clarinet in college and performed in major orchestras and jazz bands. His journey into the world of art began with the beauty of blown glass over five years ago. That led to his love of color and a passion for all styles and genres, as well as an eye for what sparks the interest of avid and novice collectors alike.
“Art keeps the imagination alive, and that vitality is what keeps one young in mind and spirit. Everyone needs to bring a bit of beauty and color into their home or living space,” Terry says. He is now the music and art writer for Terry Casperzak Publications, while working at Mervyn’s Magazine of Loveland.
“My hope is that our collection and studio exhibitions bring joy to everyone. I’d love to introduce your vision to life!”
Outside of pursuing his passion for art, Terry enjoys fishing, sailing, and spending time with friends and grandchildren.
